Today after church, Silvia, Sol and I went to go get some Jjajangmyun at that new mall in Koreatown... shit I forgot the name... something with a Z... ANYWAY, it's that place with Red Mango + Face Shop. hehe. We got a jengban (platter) size and shared it. :). Then we bought some boonguhbbang ice cream (fish shaped red bean waffle ice cream)

at the market downstairs and made a quick stop at my place to get some money from my mother (-____-... i spent too much $$$ from my debit card on my hair...) and then went to Beverly Center to shop~! Dude, I forgot how fun it was to just do simple things with my friends. good company is truly priceless.

We each bought some warm hats (decided to wear them together at winter retreat~ ^^) and then at H&M we helped Silvia shop for professional attire for job interviews! Hahahhaa wow that was fun. We were all trying to make her look all grown up and she was scared of her own reflection because she was convinced she looked like she was in her thirties. Hhahaaha. and we convinced her to buy a skirt and dress instead of pants (because they looked sooo much better!!) even though she felt more "secure" in pants or something... lol. pshhhh ... Afterwards we were gonna go eat somewhere but Sol had this urge to go see the Light Show at Griffith Park, so we had the AWESOME IDEA (...) to get McDonalds drive-thru and just look at the lights.
This was no easy task.

First of all, cars were not allowed through (new rule?). We had to get parking at the LA Zoo. and traffic was INSANE!! damn these families and their Christmas spirits! hahahaa. ruining our impulsive desires! we stopped by a gas station and stocked up on the most unhealthy snacks (to go with the whole unhealthy dinner) and put some of the poppiest Kpop songs on blast and had fun watching Sol being an aggressive driver. hahahaa...
(Sol's bf. OMG Now I see where she got her hand grabbing dance move from!!! Never paid enough attention to remember.)

We finally got there 45 minutes before closing and ... it wasn't as great as we expected (I don't reallllyy remember it but Sol does and she said half the stuff were gone).
(entrance/exit were nice)

It was pretty ghetto.

Still, we had fun walking around and talking (we also started at the end so we walked it all the way through and turned back around and went through it again to get to the car. hahahahaa we are sooo smart).
Tuesday is Sol's 21st birthday!! We're gonna have another girl's day out~ :)
You know your friends are special when you didn't really do anything special yet your day was filled with so much laughter and good times.
